ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 3 rd respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 23.12.2024, wherein, the petitioner has sought for the issuance of Ayan Patta with respect to the subject property.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader produced the order passed by the 3 rd respondent dated 07.03.2025, wherein, the request made by the petitioner has been rejected. The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the order has been sent to the petitioner and a copy of the order has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner today.

3.In the light of the above development, the relief as sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition cannot be granted by this Court. It is left open to

3/5 the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the 3 rd respondent dated 07.03.2025, in the manner known to law.
