This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 01.04.2016 and investigate the same in accordance with law. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.

It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that based on the petitioner's complaint dated 01.04.2016, the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.46/2016, before the second respondent. 4.

Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [(2014) 4 SCC 1], otherwise, the petition may be closed under intimation to the petitioner.
