ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 15.10.2021 for the offence under sections 8(c ) r/w 20(b), (ii) (c ) and 29(i) of NDPS Act, in Crime No. 10 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police seeks bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that based on the secret information the respondent police was on regular patrol, they found that the petitioner along with other accused were in illegal possession two kilograms of Ganja in the petitioner farm. Hence the complaint.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is no way connected with the alleged offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case and further submitted that the petitioner has been suffering incarceration for more than 150 days from 15.10.2021. Hence, he would pray for grant of bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) raised objection for granting bail to the petitioner stating that the petitioner along with other accused possessed 120 Kgs of Ganja. He further submitted that the petitioner is having one previous case. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by both counsel and also considering the gravity of offence committed by the petitioner and further there is no change of circumstances after the dismissal of the petitioner's earlier bail petition, this court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
