This petition is filed by the petitioners / appellants / claimants seeking exemption of payment of court fee for a sum of Rs.13,503/- in the above Appeal.

2.It is stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition that the Tribunal has awarded a total compensation of Rs.10,77,000/- with interest at 7.5% per annum, as against the claim of Rs.25,00,000/- made by them petitioners/appellants/claimants, who are the wife and son respectively of one Mubarak Ali, who died in an accident that had occurred on 17.09.2008; as they have no source of income, they find it difficult to pay the court fee; and hence, the petitioners sought to exempt them from paying the Court fee of Rs.13,503/-.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, submitted that the petitioners are now, inclined to pay the Court fee and requesting time for payment of the same.

In view of the submission now made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court directs the petitioners to pay necessary Court fee within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
