The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner fairly made a submission that the issues involved in the present contempt petition as well as in the main writ petition were referred to the Hon'ble Full Bench of this Court. Thus, all further actions are to be pursued after the final orders to be passed by the Hon'ble Full https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Bench in this issue. However, it is made clear that after
the judgment of the Hon'ble Full Bench, the petitioners are at liberty to re-open the contempt petition by filing an appropriate application, if necessary.
