ORDER

The petitioner filed a representation dated 23.12.2020, seeking direction to the Inspector General of Registration/the first respondent to dispose of his statutory revision pending before him.

2. Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader entered appearance for the respondents 1 to 3.

3. The Inspector General of Registration/ the first respondent is now required to dispose of the revision of the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after hearing the parties who are likely to be affected thereby and also after giving them a fair and effective hearing.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
