It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the sole petitioner is no more and she is unable to secure the details of the present legal heirs of the petitioner for filing appropriate petition. In view of the same, the writ petition cannot be continued in the absence of the petitioner and hence, the writ petition is closed, leaving it open to the legal representatives of the petitioner to file appropriate petition, if so desired.
