This Civil Revision Petition has been filed as against the fair and Decreetal order passed by the II Additional District Munsif Court, Erode in I.A.No.446 of 2014 in O.S.No.276 of 2009 dated 29.01.2015.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner appeared and made a representation that the original suit itself was disposed of and hence, nothing survives in this petition.

3. In view of the above submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
