Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of mandamus to direct the respondent to forthwith issue Nativity Certificate to the petitioner by considering and passing orders on the application dated 01.06.2018.

Mr.R.Govindasamy, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for respondent. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2.The petitioner seeks for a mandamus to direct the respondent to forthwith issue Nativity Certificate by considering her application dated 01.06.2018. 3.Heard both sides.

4. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has made an application dated 01.06.2018, wherein and whereby https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

she sought for issuance of Nativity Certificate and the said application has not been considered by the respondent so far.

5. This Court, at this stage, without expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, directs the respondent to dispose of the application of the petitioner dated 01.06.2018 and pass orders on the application on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
