This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.50 of 2014 dated 27.09.2014.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the 1st respondent. 3.Learned Government Advocate submitted that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police have registered a case in Crime No.50 of 2014 on 27.09.2014 under Sections 498(A), 294(b) and 342 IPC against eight persons. During investigation, it came to light that eight persons not involved in the offence. He further submitted that if three months time is granted, the investigation will be completed. 4.Recording the submission, three months time is granted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to complete the investigation in Crime No.50/2014 and either file a charge sheet or a closure report as the case may be, under due intimation to the de facto complainant provided there is no any legal impediment.
