This Writ Petition is filed against the order, suspending the CHA licence. Now it is stated before this Court that subsequent to the suspension of license, further proceedings was initiated for revoking the license by issuing a show cause notice followed by passing an order, imposing penalty ALONE on the petitioner. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in view of the subsequent order passed, imposing only penalty, the petitioner has been permitted to operate.

2. Recording the above submission, the Writ petition is closed as no further order is necessary. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
