(Order of the Court was made by R.Subramanian, J.) Based on a compromise entered into between the parties, an order was passed directing the appellant to vacate and hand over vacant possession of the property on or before 31.12.2023 pursuant to his undertaking made in the Memorandum of Compromise.

Learned counsel for the appellant has filed a Memorandum of Compliance which is supported by a document evidencing handing over of possession.

In view of the same, the compliance of the order made in the appeals dated 04.09.2023 is recorded.
