Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the Promotion and Posting order passed in Ref.No.44207/N2/2008 dated 28.05.2010 and Ref.No.38088/N2/2013 dated 27.05.2013 both on the file of the 2nd respondent quash the same and direct the respondents 1 and 2 to promote the petitioner as Lecturer in Medical and Surgical Nursing with effect from 28.05.2010.
