The Writ Petition has been filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.01.2016 and to appoint him under 2nd respondent on compassionate ground. 2.
When the matter was called, Mr.J.Kumaran, Government Advocate (Pondicherry) submitted that the petitioner instead of approaching the Central Administrative Tribunal has wrongly approached this Court by way of filing the present Writ Petition. 3.
Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Pondicherry), the Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal. No costs.
