COMMON ORDER When the contempt petitions are taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the order passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.38145 and 37518 of 2016 dated16.03.2017 has been complied with and the award amount has also been paid to the petitioners and has also produced the proceedings of the Deputy Commissioner of Employees (incharge), Office of the Joint Commissioner of Employees, Coimbatore, in No.M4/4178/2018 dated 19.07.2018.
2. In such view of the matter, these contempt petitions stand closed.
