NAKKIRAN, J, This application has been filed to accept the English translation of the Original Tamil Will dated 07.11.2013 registered by the deceased P.Kaliyammal died on 15.05.2021 which is translated by my counsel for the purpose of numbering probate petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this petition is allowed. However the Registry may proceed to translate the Will and place it before final orders are passed in the Original Petition.

Registry is directed to number the OP.DR.No.17684 of 2024, if it is otherwise in order.
