Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for appearance of the petitioner before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Chidambaram to execute the sureties as mentioned in the order passed in Crl.OP.No.25873 of 2021 dated 29.12.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.OM SAI RAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.25873 of 2021 dated 29.12.2021 to surrender before the concerned lower court to execute the sureties.

2. Time already granted by this Court in Crl.OP.No.25873 of 2021 dated 29.12.2021 is extended till 15.03.2022, failing which, the anticipatory bail shall stands automatically cancelled. No further extension will be granted.
