Comp.A.No.1022 of 2016 in C.P.No.321 of 2013 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., This application has been filed to prosecute the accused 1 to 7 for non-filing of the Statement of Affairs against the subject Company.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the winding up order was passed on 11.09.2014.

Thereafter, since the dispute was amicably settled between the petitioning creditor and the respondent, the aforesaid order dated 11.09.2014 has been set aside by the Hon'ble Supreme Court vide order dated 09.05.2017 in C.P.No.6805 of 2017 and hence, nothing survives in this application.

3. Recording the above submission of the learned counsel for the respondents, this application is closed.
