(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The allegation of the petitioner is that all the encroachments had not been removed and in this behalf, he had made a representation on 05.08.2015 on which date the Revenue Divisional Officer/second respondent has called the Tahsildar / third respondent vide letter dated 19.08.2015 to inspect the land and send a report. It is alleged that thereafter nothing has happened.

2.We, thus, direct that the result of the inspection be communicated to the petitioner and if encroachment has still been found, naturally action in accordance with law will be taken. 3.The needful be done within two (2) months.

4.Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.10680 of 2016 stands closed.
