ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the 2nd respondent herein in Na.Ka.No.3090/2014/A3, dated 10.12.2015, and to quash the same in part as far as appointing the petitioner as Night Watchman at Aanamalai Town Panchayat, Coimbatore District and consequently, to direct the 2nd respondent herein to appoint the petitioner in the post of Junior Assistant.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Advocate General submitted that now the 2nd respondent has passed an order vide his proceedings dated 14.11.2016, appointing the petitioner as Office Assistant. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner has also accepted the submission made by the learned Additional Advocate General. Further, he reported that the petitioner has also received the appointment order dated 14.11.2016. Thus, he submitted that the writ petition may be dismissed as infructuous and to that effect he has also made an endorsement in the affidavit. 4.In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
