ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.18082 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.28484 of 2024 dated 19.12.2024 viz the petitioners shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.28484 of 2024 dated 14.11.2024 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.18082 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.28484 of 2024 dated 19.12.2024 is relaxed.
