ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed alleging non compliance of the order passed by the Division Bench on 15.09.2021 in W.A. No.2366 of 2021.

2. When this matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents submitted that the order passed by this Court on 15.09.2021 in W.A.No.2366 of 2021 has been complied with. A Compliance Report of the Respondent dated 08.08.2023 has also been filed to that effect. In paragraph 9 of the said Compliance Report, it is stated as follows:

"9. It is respectfully submitted that in compliance with the orders of the Hon'ble High Court of Madras, the Government, in G.O.(2D) No.201, Revenue and Disaster Management [Service-2 (1) Department, dated 26.06.2023, has revoked the suspension and subsequently the petitioner Thiru. J.Mugundan, has been posted as the District Backward and Minorities Welfare Officer, Villupuram vide G.O.(2D)No.222, Revenue and Disaster Management [service-1] Department dated 13.07.2023. "
