praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by 3rd Respondent Joint Director in O.Mu.No.09102/EE3/2014 dated 12.01.2015, quash the same, and further direct the 3rd respondent Joint Director to approve forthwith the appointment of 19 teaching staff (Name List annexed) in the petitioner's college and disburse the grant-in-aid towards their salary and allowances with effect from the respective date of their appointments. ORDER

Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the writ petition has become infructuous inasmuch as the appointment of 19 teaching staffs has been approved in the petitioner college and also has been disbursed with grant-inaid towards their salary and allowances as prayed for vide Na.Ka.No.28240/G1/2015 dated 03.02.2016.

not objected to by the learned counsel for the respondents.

3. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. No costs.
