ORDER
It is fairly represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that a Writ Appeal has been filed, aggrieved by the order dated 08.11.2022 passed in W.P.No.18081 of 2022 which is the subject matter of this Contempt petition. He would also submit that the Writ Appeal is posted for final hearing. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this contempt petition is closed. However, liberty is granted for the petitioner to revive this contempt petition in case the petitioner succeeds in the Writ Appeal.
