This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 16.02.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.19252 of 2015, thereby directing the respondent to pass taking into

consideration the employment status of the family otherwise, without any reference to the employment of the petitioner's elder brother and sister and also without reference to the pension payable to the widow mother, within a period of four weeks.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent considered the petitioner's case and appointed him as Junior Assistant at Government Higher Secondary School, East Rajapalayam, Salem, on compassionate ground. He also produced a copy of the order dated 08.08.2023 passed by the respondent.
