ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first and second respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 11.12.2023, grant No Objection to the third respondent to mutate the Revenue Records and grant of Patta to the land with an extent of 1920 SqFt. situated in Plot No.86, Rajaji Nagar, comprised in Survey No.105/2 as per Patta No.2811 and sub-division No.105/85, situated at Madipakkam Village, Sholinganallur Taluk, Chennai District.

2. The respondents have filed counter affidavit disputing the averments of the petitioner.

3. However, the petitioner's representation, dated 11.12.2023 was not yet considered and no orders have yet been passed on the same.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, the first respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the parties who are concerned in the case and also the rival claimants/interested parties/aggrieved parties/objectors, as the case may be, and after giving such notice to those parties, conduct enquiry and pass appropriate orders in the manner known to law. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this 2 / 4

order.

5. With the above observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
