Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the entire records relating to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings No.Nil, dated 03.02.2017 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to print the name of the petitioner community viz., Vettuva Gounder in the invitation notice by giving right to sing the song before the deity of Kulavilakku Amman Temple, whenever the festival is conducted by the respondents as first preference.
