This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioners as per the representation dated 22.02.2022.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that based on the complaint from the defacto complainant, a FIR in Crime No.52/2022 dated 14.02.2022 for the offence under Section 366(A) of IPC was registered and investigation is pending. Taking note of the said submission, this Court is of the considered view that nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed as not necessary.
