ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chidambaram in STC No.30 of 2015. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4.In view of the above endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the points before the trial Court.

5.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the personal appearance of the petitioner may be dispensed with.

Accepting the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs the petitioner to appear before the trial Court for collecting the papers under Section 207 CrPC for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

answering the charge and also for answering the question under Section 313 CrPC and on the day of Judgment. For the other hearings, the petitioner shall file a petition before the trial Court that her counsel will cross examine the witnesses without insisting for her presence and that she will not dispute their identity. On such petition being filed, the trial Court is directed to liberally consider the same. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
