10467 OF 2018] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and Memorandum of Grounds in CRL OP.19734/2018 of On the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.SURESH, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- Permission is granted to the petitioner to inform the learned counsel appearing for the respondent before the trial Court about the pendency of this quash petition, so that the respondent can make arrangements to enter appearance before this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

2.The petitioners are directed to appear before the trial Court within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such appearance, they shall execute a bond under Section 88 Cr.P.C. for Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties, on undertaking to appear before the trial Court, without waiting for summons, in the event of Crl.O.P.No.19734 of 2018 getting dismissed by this Court. Thereafter, the presence of the petitioners before the trial Court shall stand dispensed with until disposal of Crl.O.P.No.19734 of 2018.
