On 23.09.2021, when the matter was came up for hearing, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, this Court directed the Registry to list the case under the caption "for dismissal" on 04.10.2021. Therefore, the case is listed today i.e on 05.10.2021. Today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, which shows that the petitioner has no interest in prosecuting the case. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to keep the matter pending any more. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
