CRIME NO.114 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner should appear before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.am till the filing of the Chargesheet by order dated 23.09.2021 in Crl.M.P.No.9638 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.11452 of 2021.
