(CRIME NO.114/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner should appear before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.a.m., till the filling of the charge sheet by order dated 23.09.2021 in Crl.MP.No. 9640 of 2021 in Crl.Op.No. 11451 / 2021 and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.PRABHAKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl.
