This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1001 days in paying the deficit Court fee of Rs.10,900/- in C.M.A.SR.No.31434 of 2020 against M.C.O.P.No.46 of 2017 on the file of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Additional District Judge, Hosur.

2.The notice has been served on both the parties.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered.

4. Accordingly, C.M.P.No.3077 of 2023 is ordered.
