A.No.1520 & 1521 of 2022 in OP.No.533 of 2021 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., These applications are filed praying (i) to set aside the order of abatement caused due to the death of the deceased L.Vijayakumari, the first respondent herein (ii) to permit the applicant/petitioner herein to bring on record the respondents 8 to 10 as the legal representatives of the deceased first respondent L.Vijayakumari, as the proposed respondents 9 to 11, in the above O.P respectively.

2. Heard Mr.M.L.Rajesh, learned counsel appearing for the applicant/petitioner and Mr.C.S.Srinivasan, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 to 5.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 to 5 has no objection in allowing these applications.

4. Therefore, considering the averments made in the affidavits filed in support of the respective petitions and no objection being stated by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 to 5, these applications are allowed.
