This petition has been filed seeking extension of time limit for enabling the petitioner to comply the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.28137 of 2023 in Crime No.750 of 2023 by order dated 18.12.2023 passed by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time for executing the sureties is extended till 19.03.2024. No further time will be granted.
