Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai.

O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that now he is ready to go with the order of the trial Judge in I.A.No.3952 of 2012 on the file of V Asst. Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai and the quantum of share can be decided after the trial. Therefore, he is not pressing the revision and hence the civil revision petition may be dismissed as not pressed.

However, the parties can agitate respective stand before the trial Court since the suit for partition pending from the year 2003. The suit is in trial stage, therefore, trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit, within six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4

Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed as not pressed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
