Today when this Civil Revision Petition came up for hearing, both the counsel appearing for the petitioner and the respondent are present, and they have filed a joint memo of compromise stating that the dispute between the petitioner and the respondent has been settled in out of Court. The joint memo filed by either side is recorded.
