2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the respondent has closed the case registered against the petitioner in Crime No.286 of 2015, as mistake of fact and the same was filed before the Judicial Magistrate-I, Hosur on 02.06.2015.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
