ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 316(5) & 318(4) of BNS in Crime No. 240 of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. This Court earlier dismissed the anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31633 of 2025 dated 04.12.2025.

3. Now the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the money alleged to have been deposited in the accounts of the petitioner has been handed over to A1. However, he has not been able to produce any document or any proof to show that the money has been handed over to A1.

4. Under such circumstances, this Court is of the view that there is no change in circumstances and this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 11-02-2026 MPA
