Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on to the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders imposed in the order passed in Crl.OP.No.30062 of 2018 by order dt.18.1.2019.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.S. SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.PRABHAVATHI, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Original petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30am until further orders, in pursuant to the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P No.30062 of 2018 dated 18.01.2019.

2. According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly from 23.01.2019 till date.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditional order, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
