Mr.H.Karthik Seshadri, learned counsel for the depositors, Mr.P.H.Arvindh Pandian, learned Administrator, Mrs.G.V.Kasthuri, learned Additional P.P.(Crl. side) and Mr.R.Subramanian, party-in-person, were heard.

2. Without prejudice to his contentions on merits, Mr.Subramanian has agreed to file an affidavit setting out particulars of 14 properties held either by him or in the names of various entities forming part of the corporate group controlled by him. He is called upon to set out all relevant information relating to the said 14 properties in the affidavit. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, the following particulars are required:

(1) Full description of the property and ownership details.

(2) Particulars of available title deeds, including the place of storage and custody.

(3) Particulars of available revenue records, including the place of storage and custody.

(4) Approximate market value

(5) Whether there are any rival claims in relation to these properties, either in the form of litigation or otherwise.

3. Mr.Subramanian submits that the entities in whose names the immovable properties stand would also be willing to subject themselves to the jurisdiction of the court for purposes of implementing any scheme involving the liquidation of those assets.

4. The above affidavit shall be filed on 30.11.2022. The copy of the affidavit shall be served in advance on learned counsel appearing for all the counter parties.

5. List the matter on 30.11.2022.
