Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the third respondent to consider the petitioner's applications dated 27.12.2018, 10.10.2019 and 23.05.2020 for issuance of patta for survey numbers 259/1F, 170/2A, 170/2B, 480, 97/1, 170/2C, 170/2D, 170/2E, 170/2F, 482, 106/1, 22/3A, 97/82,20/1 of Helaya Dharmapuri Village, Dharmapuri Taluk, Dharmapuri District, on merits.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus, to direct the third respondent to consider the petitioner's applications dated 27.12.2018, 10.10.2019 and 23.05.2020 for issuance of patta for survey numbers 259/1F, 170/2A, 170/2B, 480, 97/1, 170/2C, 170/2D, 170/2E, 170/2F, 482, 106/1, 22/3A, 97/82,20/1 of Helaya Dharmapuri Village, Dharmapuri Taluk, Dharmapuri District.

2. Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate, made a statement on instruction that the petitioner's request has been rejected by the third respondent and produced a copy of the computerized printout of the said proceedings. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the same, nothing remains to be adjudicated nor any direction needs to be given for the present. Suffice to state that the petitioner shall work out his remedies before the Revenue Divisional Officer concerned, if he is so advised.
