This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 28.12.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.29102 of 2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the II Additional District and Sessions Court, Poonamallee, weekly once i.e., every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders to proceed further till the completion of case.
