PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 or their nominee who are authorised by the Respondents 1 & 2 to execute Sale Deed in favour of the Petitioner in respect of the premises No.Tamil Nadu Housing Board, MIG No-13, Chevvapet - phase-II, North Bazaar Street, Chevvapet, Tiruvallur District which has been allotted to her without demanding any further amount.

O R D E R
The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to execute a sale deed in favour of the petitioner in respect of the premises at MIG No-13, Chevvapet - phase-II, North Bazaar Street, Chevvapet, Tiruvallur District.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner is not able to establish that the petitioner has fulfilled the conditions stipulated in the allotment order. The petitioner, during the pendency of the writ petition died. 2/5
3.The learned counsel for the Tamil Nadu Housing Board would submit that the final land cost is yet to be arrived. The petitioner has not even paid the initial cost.
4.If at all the legal heirs of the petitioner are interested in pursuing the matter, they are at liberty to approach the Tamil Nadu Housing Board for appropriate remedy.
