J U D G M E N T

(Judgment was delivered by S.M.Subramaniam J.) The writ order dated 09.12.2022 passed in W.P.No.26356 of 2022 is under challenge in the present writ appeal. The writ petitioner is the appellant before this Court.

2. Writ Court, while dismissing the writ petition, directed the respondents in the writ petition to ensure that the existing passage to the house of the petitioner shall not be obstructed on account of construction of the new bus

stand. The direction issued by the Writ Cort itself will protect the interest of the petitioner to have free access to his property. That being so, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken.

3. Accordingly, direction issued by the Writ Court to ensure that the existing passage to the house of the petitioner shall not be obstructed on account of the construction of new bus stand stands confirmed, and the Writ Appeal stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
