Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.01.2016 within a stipulated period and consequently direct the respondents to issue house allotment to tsunami victims giving first preference before issuing house allotment to ten thousand flood victims.

On 08.01.2016, the petitioner made a representation to the respondents seeking allotment of houses to tsunami victims before allotment of houses to ten thousand flood victims. Since the said representation has not been disposed of, the petitioner has come forward with the present writ petition. 2.

Considering the pendency of the representation of the petitioner, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the said representation dated 08.01.2016, in the light of the recommendations made by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.04/33141/2015 dated March, 2015, Na.Ka.No.04/11864/2015 dated 03.08.2015, Na.Ka.No. 04/10398/2015 dated 03.08.2015 and Na.Ka.No. 04/11865/2015 dated 03.08.2015, and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
