ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for forbearing the respondents from in any manner interfering or disturbing with the affairs of the petitioner's club viz., "SG Recreation Club" running at No.30/15, Pulla Avenue, Shenoy Nagar, Chennai, Tamil Nadu - 600 030. 2.

On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that already two previous cases are pending as against the petitioner's club and the petitioner is an accused.

When the petitioner is an accused, he cannot sought for such a direction that too restraining the respondents from taking any action as against him. The writ petition itself devoid of merits and liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
