The petitioners herein apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 303(2), 326(a), 109, 132 of BNS Act in Crime No.482 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The allegation against the petitioners is that the petitioners had illegally transported 1⁄2 unit of river sand by using lorry bearing Reg.No.TN 51 J 1285 without any valid license from the Government. Hence, the case.

3. This is the second anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner. The earlier anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed on 03.11.2025 by stating the following reasons:

Taking into the above facts and circumstances of the case; that the petitioner/A2 is having three previous cases; that the petitioner/A3 is having four previous cases; if the anticipatory bail grants to the petitioners herein, they would damage the ecology and river bed, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners herein. 2/5

Without any change in circumstances, this petition is filed, hence, this Court is not inclined to reconsider the earlier order.
