ORDER

Seeking a direction to the second respondent police to register FIR on the report of the petitioner dated 11.05.2015 and investigate the same, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police.

3. From a perusal of the materials available on record, it is seen that already a case in Crime No.91 of 2014 has been registered and again a fresh complaint has been given. It is also seen that in WP.No.3740 of 2015, this Court has directed the respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No.91 of 2014 and file a final report within a period of three weeks. In such circumstances, no fresh directions for registering the complaint can be given if the petitioner is threatened physically again. It is open to the petitioner to lodge a fresh complaint specially stating about the incident and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
